Terms & limitations

Not an emergency service

This app is not monitored 24/7. For immediate danger call 911 or your local emergency number.

No guarantee of help

We're a community nonprofit powered by volunteers. Support depends on eligibility, safety procedures, available resources, volunteer capacity and program scope. Submitting a request doesn't guarantee help or a ride, or availability by a certain time. The Lifeline Ride Network is developing and is not an emergency transportation service.

Volunteers

Submitting an interest form is not approval to volunteer. Driver approval requires screening, license and insurance verification, orientation and safety requirements. Volunteers must not independently arrange rides under the organization's name before approval. Peer support is not professional counseling or medical care.

Choice & dignity

Your privacy and choices matter. No story, photo, testimony, prayer or social post is required for support. Mustard Seed Corner is a faith-centered space you may visit and participate in as you choose.
